Devs of star wars galaxies, I am a customer that has payed to play for alittle over a year. I joined September 2004 and when first logging onto and playing your game i found myself along with a real life friend lost in this great universe of star wars you created. I could flame about what you have done to this game or blame you for ruining what i use to love but rather explain what is wrong with it as i feel.

Firstly as i said i and a real life friend joined the bria galaxy back in september and found ourselves wondering around on tat wondering what to do and just goin and attacking many things some of which lead us straight to the nearest cloner. We were just stupid noobs that were trying to gain some rifle skills and wondering around doing missions just so that we could jump to the next planet to see what they were all like. While wondering we ran into a great many people but one offered a house and armor weapons and help in grinding whatever we chose to try to become. Sure enough we followed him to a place on talus named Beach Haven, It was a nice little town that was just about to get a shuttle port and we were happy to lay down a house to help them in exchange for a place to store the items we had gained running around over the past three or so days. They then let us join their guild called LSS Light Side Sentienels and only asked that we stay nuetral or go rebel. We chose to become rebels and joined in many hunts later on killing imperial troops and so on.

After joining we sat down with many that helped us to understand the game and the rules and helped us get a feel for game play. Kriendhild, Ceres, Toolbacca, and most of all Reano Starrider took us under their wings and helped us grind. I lost my character shortly after then creating a new one switching from a wookie to a human. Darkhalo was created and shortly after wards these ppl helped get me new armor and weapons and raised money to help with supplies. Reano by far did the most for me taking me on many hunting parties helping me gain experience in swordsmen and also getting me cash. This was no small job as i seem to have no luck catching the 5 min shuttles and many times ppl of the guild would make sure once i got to dath i stayed to the point of bringing me armor and having Ceres meet us to give buffs. I quickly went from liking this game to loving the game play even as i sucked at pvp and never caught a dang shuttle lol. Anyways shortly after getting my first master i started helping out noobs getting them experience as Reano had done for me taking them on trips to dathomir and contunied to do this even after the guild disbanded and i went on to join Triad also on Talus.

I made many friends as i joined serveral guild that even if i couldnt agree or enjoy enough to stay in that guild the ppl i met while i was part of them contunied to feel up my friends list and i went though many templates just having fun grinding new and different things. I was a Co Hunt leader in triad and took out many people and helped them get their first profs as much as i could while still enjoying my play time. If you look at the current game you will find that this isnt a habit many have anymore and there are not as many willing to take out a low character level player.

This brings me to the CU. The game that i enjoyed spending much of my free time on had decided as it could and had stated in your agreement to play that it was changing the combat system radically. I still to this day hate this decision but early on i went with it still hoping to enjoy the game that i had spent many monthes on and just recently started grinding a Jedi. I spent much of my time getting my second toon up so Reano Darkdraco and I could hunt pearls for both reano and I. I did however grind on my new jedi to excitingly watching as i went though ls and got to 0030 lightsabers healing 2000 and enhancer 0002. Then in the mist of the grind you announced plans that the Cu would happen the very next month which you further moved the date up serveral weeks if i remember correctly. I tried to keep an open mind as i dreaded the change but i had many friends and figured that grouping in a way might be funnier and more challegeing. Little did i know that soon after a month of the cu my friendlist that had well over 100 people in it had less and less people logging on everyday and i often found myself bored due to early grinding on jedi seemed long and boring in the new combat system and hoping that something better would come along i chose not to grind even with the ever lasting respecs you offered.

I now find that i cant make myself log onto this game half the time and often i find myself standing in one spot for serveral minutes either trying to find something to do or someone to do something with as my freindlist grows shorter everyday. I have let all of my three accounts run out thinking that along with many others you will get the hint and start talking to us about what your plans are for this game and what you want to see it become. As I and many others agree by the way your acting you seem to only be interested in making money off the game and flooding us with new expansions that bring many more bugs along with the ones this game is pluegued with.

In closing i can only tell you that unless 1 you start explaining why you are changing game play so much so fast 2 you offer to return bria or another server to precu or 3. you setup new servers with precu the most any will see of me is on these forums hoping that o0ne of these comes true or atleast that something good happens to this game as i spent over a year of my life watching it go from the greatest game ive ever played to something that keeps me bored and mad with. To all that know darkhalo of bria galaxy i wish you luck with this game and hope they fix it to something better then it is now. To the devs i plead that you create a pre-cu server where i can contunie to play even if i have to buy a new game or create a new toon or you atleast come out and explain to us your actions with the nerfs as we call them and where you paln to take us with your actions as most of the people i have talked to and played with have no clue.
