Personally i would like it with the changes above, while fr2 is nice, fr1 is much better against kiting bh since you can still do full damage while its activated.

i would go with another tree in ls for more damage output like maybe 0/4/4/4ls, enh 2/0/0/2, mdef, heal 4/0/0/0..

Not bad but I think 0400 enh is a waste because you already have master defender.
i'ld either dump 0400 enh or only dabble in Defender. but i'ld definitley go with 4000 healer instead of the 3000 healer

Over kill getting force Armor. I believe most people don't even notice a difference with Master Defender. Now say you're Defender xx44 with 44x2 Enhancer, yeah you will notice a difference now. If you really want to keep Master Defender remove the armor line and pick up healer 4xxx for sure. You might even consider dropping to enhancer 3xx2 Enhancer as having FR1 is 10X better than FR2. You can put the extra 20 points you have into another saber line or possibly the Sap line in Healer.
Personally in PvE you need 4xxx healer, well if you plan to take the big stuff. PvP it's less of an issue if you have Master Defender however I always say it's not wise to have the same healing ability as just a medic xx2x.

I have this temp
MLS
DEF 4440
ENH 3002
HEALER 4000
I can tank lairs, run necro missions, pvp and pve. I have a decent saber so that helps, but if you are looking for an all around temp, this one works really well

Sap is starting to look good
maybe this would work better

I have same temp and a half decent saber and was happily slaughtering krayts with it yesterday, upto giant canyons.. Not tried an ancient yet, but i will at some point.

this is alot better for you
No dmg reduction while FR
force armor is a waste you are capped
sap is nice vs BH
