The following guideis intended for Jedi who are full or near full templated. This is intended for MLS/Enh,Heal and Defender skills

Ok, Ive killed my fair share of Bounty Hunter wimps.....heres how I did it.....

Set up a Battle Hotkey set:

1.Create a Force Aura Macro.

FAura

/Forceaura

/pause 46;

/macro FAura

2.Create up a /forceheal self Macro ( There is a bug which will heal others around you when you have a target targeted)

/forceheal self

3.Creat a /dump macro

/dump

4.Create a /forceInfusion self Macro ( There is a bug which will heal others around you when you have a target targeted)

/forceinfusion self

5.Place the following moves in order from Slot 00: Adv. Saber throw, head/leg/body hit, saber hit, power hit, bleed hit, root....

6.Place the /forceheal self in slot 8-11

7.Place Force Run in slots 8 -11 ( For toggle)

8.Place /forceinfusion self Macro in slots 8 -11 ( This is not needed in a macro since heal is powerful and it will drainforce)

9.Place all your drugs, food and wine in slots 12 - 18 ( Yes, I use that much and it all fits in my stomach) ( I will edit with names)

10.Place /forceaura Macro in slot 19

11.Place following macro in slot 20:

Ambush

/forceheal self

/pause 1;

/forcespeed

/pause 1;

/forcearmor

/pause 1;

/forcerun

/pause 1;

/ui action toolbarSlot12;

/pause 1;

/ui action toolbarSlot13;

/pause 1;

(continue this macro through Slot19)

12.Place /dump macro in slot 21

13.Place a Deathblow/burstrun/knockdownrecovery inany other available slots you like.

orcreate word macro's like me such as "The force is weak in this Bounty Hunter"....they hate that.

Ok, so now your Hotkeys are set up.....

Senerio:

A dot shows up on your radar....he's buffed up the ying yang....you know its a BH....you hit your Ambush Macro key in Slot 20.....here comes your macro....first you health will heal incase he got a couple of shots off.....then youll get force run (this is great vs.CM/BHmovement drain)....then all your other Jedi skills kick in within seconds......then you drugs and food kicks in followed by force aura macro.........within8 seconds you are juiced up to the max and you only hit 1 key!

The battle:

First and foremost....always keep his armor broke. This is important! Next...I find using saber hit is the best attack to use to start off withbecuase it uses no force cost. Saber hit will cause medium damage and will force the target to use up stims and mind. Remeber, you must have force to use force. Make sense? Yes? Good! When A BH sees you using saber hit, he has no idea its a small hit. All he sees is his health drop and quickly uses a stim to recover. Meanwhile your sitting pretty saving your force for when the hunter become the tired and weak hunted. Finally, when I see my tagets mind and action are low, Ihit him with the harder stuff until his health is low then knock him down and power attack! This may require repeating, but with no action or mind....your victoy will be at hand in time.

The state of mind:

Regardless of other "all play and no work" Jedi saying we are not 1.5x vs. other combat proffesions... dont listen!

You will last againts the BH. You DO have time to think it through and out thinkthe pathetic Bounty Hunter.

Im sure a bit of this guide could use some tweaking.....so letting me know without flaming would be cool.

I do hope this helps some of youwithyour BH troubles.

Good job!

Or you could just use one macro for both and include a /clear command right before both apply really not that hard.

The best advice I can give and I have saved several jedi I was watching get ganked is if you are in a city immediatly run into a Public building. Why play their game they are hunting you not you hunting them. If you go into a public building preferably one with small rooms there is no where for them to Kite you. Make them come inside your range don't chase them all over the place. Trust me the last thing a BH wants to do is get inside your Saber range for an extended period of time. This will cause them to heal over and over more than if they kite you. Hey if you are at the MO in dant just run into the back room of the cantina if the bh is stupid he will follow if not he will wait. This also works for those of you that don't have the best sabers in the world too. My saber isn't great but this works everytime.

First of all...you're an idiot.

Second, for the rest of you who think this way (but reply with regular font size and not a 9 year old one) just wait until the aura icon flashes, slow your combat a bit, wait for the macro to engage then fight on!

I also really like this guide. This is what made me decide to post my own.

I figured since I havent lost a fight yet using my method, it might work well for someone else with my template.

Thanks for the replies all. (except the idiot of course)
