Thread: Do Block CAs work for Jedi?

I have a Block 8, I think is the number,CA thats been laying around for days. I dont know if it works for jedi or not. Will it work on Blocking Ranged attacks and such?
As goes for the Blocking foods/drinks etc. Do they work for Jedi too?

yeah, as said they do, however it does not stack with force valor, or the xxx4 lightsaber line, as that is specifically "saber block"

So what then... If youUse Force Valor, its not worth having Block Foods/Drinks/CAs ?

it's debatable. It's not the same as saber block, so say you have +25 worth of "block" ca's. However you have the xxx4 line of sabers.. (which is what, 25% saber block? too tired to remember atm) Anyway just to show, you would have a constant 25% chance of blocking, since they are two seperate mods, it doesn't stack and become 50%.

The way I understand it is that they work seperatly, yet both work.
Meaning a shot is fired, if Saber Block didn't block it, then your Block skill might, whether that is from food, drink, or tapes.

yeah, but it's not as substantial as adding another 25 to saber block, but anything helps...

try vayerbok 
a drink adds around 24 to your block. It helps alot if you are fighting ranged profs.
