Thread: about the New force rank system

first of all, any idea when its comming out?
second, i heard a rumur that lucus arts is over seeing every tiny bit of stuff that soe is putting in the new force ranks system and are realy disapointed that soe was screwing up? now i dont knwo if thats true or not but if lucus arets is over seeing it then thats why its taking so long . I would be very happy to know.
gives me more time to get full temp b4 it comes out the

no one knows when the FRS is coming out...lucus arts is over seeing all the stuff thats going into it....thats probally why its taking so long

k i understand, i jsut wanted to conferm the rumer that lucas arts is over seeing everything thats al thx

Still its been 6 months. It cant take that long, i mean most jedi agree with the idea GIzmo made and SOE just needs to mail that off to luacas arts and gt a yes or no then put it ingame....that shouldnt take 6 months.

lol i have been that bored waiting to wear my knight robes again that i have grinded myself out of a -10mill jedi xp to regrind my template because i have nothing else to do.

not everybody liked gizmos idea...
dont put words into "everybodies" mouth...
his system would be just as exploitable as the old... nothing new....
i didnt like it as well as many others
and about being patient... screw that... im bored... some of us have played since day 1... them pushing out another expansion we have to pay for... and nothing new on Jedi but oh gee get a nother crystal from a quest in another expansion where they get our money....
and i am NOT giving SOE any money or expansion money I should say till FRS comes out and has the ability to keep me around... now counting only 2 accounts out of 5 that are still active... FRS bad... they lost my last 2 accounts...

Yes, some of us HAVE been playing since day 1. I am getting antsy for the FRS as well, but I would rather them take the time to get it RIGHT than have them push out one of their typical publishes (all f'd up).

This is not meant to be a flame, so forgive me if you take it that way. Nobody but the Devs and MAYBE our corro knows when it's coming out. Info will be posted as soon as it becomes available.
I'm just so tired of seeing "When's the FRS coming", "There's nothing for us Jedi to do without the FRS", and, though not posted here, "How's THIS template" threads. People keep repeating the same questions over and over. Maybe if they took the time to search for a thread already posted about it, these forums wouldn't be flooded with redundant posts.
I understand everyone's frustration, but the old FRS was nothing more than straight-out PvP. If that's what you're looking for, then go SF. It's the FRS minus the ranking and slight, yet not so helpful, mods. No, we can't wear our Knight robes right now, but for those that have them know they're nothing more than brown Padawan robes. No additional benefits.
Do I miss the FRS? To a degree, yes. Am I eager to see the new FRS? Most definitely! Can I wait for information on it to come out? Without a doubt.
Let's stick to posting important issues in new threads and posting these FRS questions in the appropriate threads that were createe MONTHS ago.

also with most of the development team working on ToW, it might be taking even longer... Of course just throwing out this possibility.

yup pearls, speed bugs, and broken skill trees are much more important. FRS can wait esp with all the other problems we currently have.
