it refers to jedi because i am a jedi , so i wanted to sahre the story with my fellow jedi. I apologize , next time i will say NERF something or maybe whine about my saber DPS or the FRS , Would that be better for ya ?

but posting your story to the tech forum (where it make more sense) would help more people then only jedi....

So do tell me Mr. Forum moderater / know it all , what type of stuff is exceptable in "your" jedi forum?


I would really like toknow what you want to hear.


I think every jedi bug issue, whine , Cu change, pre-Cu garbage talk, etc etc has already been written in here , so please tell me , what should I talk about in your jedi forums?

thats the very first thing we tell folks when they call us for tech support. "you are having trouble with your video refresh/lag? Make sure you have the most current video card drivers" well the first thing after we ask if its plugged in and turned on and if they have the extended warranty coverage, and what the model number and serial number are. and confirm that the computer was actually purchased by them. and that the computer is covered by our tech support and not someone elses. so basically yeah, thats the first thing i usually tell them.. kinda LOL

ya i dont know why i hadnt thought of the driver, guess maybe i thought the new system had soemthing to do with it since i slowed down exceptionally since then ,


Just thought if some our fellow jedi was experiencing lag as well, they would know to check their driver updates too. It sucks to deal with lag when ya dont have to.

Thanks for sharing that bit o' information with everyone, i've not updated my video drivers for a while... it might be worth an update.


But, I can understand the other fella. It might be a good idea to duplicate ur post in the Tech forum and thus spread ur lag free joy through out the galaxy!

I have been lagging my arse off since the release of ROTW. I have suffered through the lag and completed many kashyyyk Quests with both my toons.

Tonight i was doing the quests to gain entrance into the Avatar when i had enough of the lag . I was inside the great tree and could not even get out cause lag was so bad .


I logged and thought for a few minutes what the problem with the lag may be .

Since i had already gambled with the launchpad options and the ingame graphics turning everything down and nothing seemed to work.

I then had an idea !! Maybe my graphic card driver isnt up to date .

Well i was correct, after downloading my new driver, i logged into game and my graphics were set very high and i had absolutly no lag at all .

I could not belive the beauty of kashyyyk with my graphics turned up and running smoothe as a whistle.

I cannot wait to venture the rest of the star wars world and see how different everything looks.

I have played for 2 years , and ive never been able to turn my graphics to full-force .
