Thats only for "heal states" but when you have xxx4 healer you can cure poison, disease and bleed, too.

^^^^that's the problem right there. There are 2 easy solutions to the thyroid debuff: Fix our speed bugs (which is what we all would prefer). or well you know SOE's normal motus operendi....

thing is for me, shouldn't speed debuffs be at the same debuff rate as a speed buff? -25?
