I read in the rifleman forum that speed is different now, so there is no "cap" per se.

As you add more speed, you get diminishing returns, so the best anyone can get now is 1.10 speed or something, and if you add to that it's worth so little that you would eventually run out of tapes/skills to enhance speed before you can hit the cap. ...diminishing returns is a phrase that comes to mind to ensure that the cap is unreachable.

Can i have a non speed exp saber and with force speed 2 and +25 in tapes cap at 1.0 speed ( of course when/if speed is fixed ) some will depend on pearls speed granted. But a general possiblity?
