Cooldown timers on spin attack and dervish were increased drastically and with a 35fc saber it takes 78 to spin, with a 18fc saber it costs 47 force

I had not noticed increased timers but using Dervish and Spin it seems that I use alot more force than I had a few weeks ago on the same NPC's
