Ithink accuracy does, but not speed.

I read General Ranged CA's dont work at all for powers, speed or accuracy. What you would want is a Force Accuracy CA, but I bet you knew that.

gen. acc. works for powers just as force acc.

i have2 +25 general ranged acc. tapes and 2 +15force acc. tapes in my clothing and i rarely miss with my powers on any enemy
