....the only bounty placed on a character in the Star Wars movies was Han Solo and he was I believe a Smuggler. Jango did kill the one on Gennosia and that was to protect his employer who was a jedi himself.
The Smugglers want content? There you go, have slicing and selling faction in view of the public generate visibility and if a BH attacks his mark and the smuggler evades (since a smuggler has a snowballs chance in hell of killing a PvP templated BH), Meaning the the BH loses line of sight for a specified time period, the BH fails the mission and gains negative noteriety whereas the smuggler gains positive. The more positive noteriety you have the more perks you get in your respective skills. A BH would draw better missions and the smuggler would get better percentages on slicing and purchasing faction.
Just an idea, what do you think? It could work for Jedi as well where the jedi would, if he killed or evaded the BH, gain time off of the terms or gain visibility at a substantial lower rate.

You are mistaken, both Padmé and Chewbacca had bounties on them in EpII and RotJ respectively.

I guess Chewie could be considered a smuggler and as for princess Leia, a criminal because she commited treason against the empire, and neither of them were Jedi.
As far as content goes what do you think?

Chewbacca I guess you could consider as a smuggler rifleman? I would venture a guess and say padme is a pistoleer/politician. Politician hasn't required sp in quite awhile, so maybe she wasn't done grinding yet.
As for smugglers getting on the terms, this has been a long time discussion as a "revamp". However, they have talking revamp for over a year now.

But yeah, seen the idea before and i like it, tho the dev's don't pay much attention to the boards or it'd be in there already!
