Jedi Archive

I know everything has been chaotic here, but as far as im hearing only the CL 80 jedi get the trinket and the glowie and such. What about the jedi that are elders but not CL 80? or hybrids?(polearm/DBL/Healer) are we going to be left in the dark? Im CL 73 right now, and please tell me, do i have alot of grinding to do, or can i take my time? and worse comes to worse, can i be jedi/teras kasi and be level 80 and get the cool trinket and glowie ability? any info would be awesome. Thanks so much!
