unless the speed of a lightsaber caps yes they are, mine don't do a bit of difference. I have screen shots.

Are you guys positive these are/were ever broken? My tapes update my DPS on my saber. I usually hit much faster than those I fight, though I am MLS with FS2 so that may have alot to do with it.

From what i haveread it's not the saber/CA that is broken. It's the cooldown timer from the specials that doesn't conform with the new saber stats you get with aspeed CA. Only applies to speed though, saber accuracy works.

Some say that modified speed only affects warmup timers, such as the one you get from Power Attack. Base speed is used for cooldown timers. Don't know if this is true or not, but the saber speed might not be bugged, just misunderstood.

Also, Thunderheart saying LS speed is a known bug means nothing. He's not a Dev, he doesn't know jack. PWNT.

all i know is that i hit at my base saber speed which is 2.24 seconds, while my mod speed is 1.29, if its a bug and gets fixed, alot of jedi even with there crappy sabers willbe able to kill most bh's pretty quick.

yes, your saber updates but currently it's using the base speed not the mod speed, so till they fix saber speed the sea will not work.
