It seems to me that this is more about the "exploiter" than the exploit. I say that if you think someone is repeatedly using a recognised exploit then you should just /report them, and let the CSRs and DEVs investigate them. If they have been using the exploit then appropriate action will be taken.

I don't have cloak, but i'm pretty sure jedi are able to heal others while cloaked. Pretty sure attacks uncloak you.

Isn't Jedi profession already ruined, not taking the cloak bug in mind?

If he uses that bug, keep tabbing between your enemy's, he is attackable if he uses it.

Healing while cloaked, i dont know if thats an exploit. Never seen a post of it and it worked from the start of the CU.

if he is bugging cloak, you can attack him, you just have to specify the target.

Yes Cloak is all bugged up and I have read somewhere that the Devs are aware of this. I have cloak and I admit that you can Heal, Transfer Force, and also Shuttle from Starports only with no problem. Also thou when cloaked you are not suppose to cause agro and you do. Now for exploits no I would not call this exploiting, but more or less the Devs have to fix this becuase I agree it is not fair. With the new Ranger Revamp I believe this will be fixed, but only time will tell. Cloak right now is not working as intended and you have to remember anyone that plays this game will adapt to what thier skills can do. Blame not on the Jedi that have cloak, but blame the Devs for inputing this new skill and not testing it like they should have before releasing it.

all that stuff about healing others while cloaked and all that will be gone once cloak gets nerfed

Atm you can heal others while cloak and also healing action on you pass through cloak. Neither of these break cloak.

The bug you are speaking of is totaly random when attacking, it happens alot of the time when u cloak for the first time after logging in.

You attack and you remain claoked for soem reason, however you are actually attackable.

You have to hit cloak twice to uncloak aswell usually...really weird its as if the server knows your uncloaked but nobody can see you, and you still appear cloaked on your own screen.

Whenever this happens i will back out and uncloak ebfore re-entering the fight.

Being able to attack while cloaked is a bug, and people doing it are exploiting. It is possible to bug Force Cloak so you are only half-cloaked: You are still targetable with "/target", you can still be attacked, you can still attack, but you are invisible and not on the radar. If anybody bugs Force Cloak to be invisible while attacking, he is exploiting.
Assisting others (healing, transfer Force...) while cloaked, however, is intended and you dont need to bug Force Cloak to be able to do it. In my opinion this is bad design, but doing it is not exploiting.
