This has been asked about 300 billion times, FRS WILL NOT BE APART OF THE NEW EXPANSION!
But this doesnt mean Frs wont be turned on when the new expansion comes out.

uhm...
Yea we already knew this. He said in two commons ago that the FRS is not part of the Exp but that the FRS would be released around the time the expansion is in a publish....

He stated that they would not put the FRS in the expansion because they believed that it should not be bought.

I don't think this is going to happen. We have roughly 2 and a half weeks until the ToOW goes live (Oct 25th) and theres nothing in pub 24 (SL revamp, POB ship changes) to suggest that it will have anything to do with the FRS. It's possible if pub 24 goes live next week we may get pub 25 shortly after the end of october... but since we have heard exactly zero about iteither in the In Development or In Concept forums I strongly doubt it. My guess is we won't see it before the end of this year.
Unless of course they are being secretive about it and it will suddenly launchin Novemberas "Trials of the Force Part Two - This Time It's Personal" when we least expect it...
On the subject of new robes... there are five new robes which will probably just have different colours and (I'm hoping) diferent mods for each of the five different Jedi disciplines. Theres no reason why they can't be given to us padawans whenever, if they are not FRS associated. These are likely to come with the expansion.
