Is it just me, or is this situation isane? How long has this been broken? I mean what the heck are hotfixes for?

Still, at least candles work now!

They don't care to make fixes to jedi that grant more power is why. Marbari belt was a simple fix that they chose not to implement other than to spite.

Mod speed not actually working.(except on rare occasions) most base speed is.

ahh, I thought I attacked rather slowly for being MLS. Why don't they fix this??

They dont fix it because it would allow us to be stronger.
