stasis breaks when you attack, but supression sticks for the duration of the timer, i personally prefer supression, only tried m enhancer for a day during the respec period though, so i guess longer time m enh players could answer better than i can

stasis is awsome, specially if u have a 2 vs 1 situation, U can stasis 1 and kill the other etc...

How many skill points and what's your playstyle?

As others have stated, Stasis allows you to put a player on "time-out" and gank other members one at a time. (hooray). During this 45 second delay you can't do anything other than a handful of optsions. Suppression on the other hand is a root that will allow you to beat on them extensively until the timer wears off.

They both do different things and in response to your question, what is it that you're looking for?

If you have Stasis then you have Suppresion..... For info moves look at the FAQ.

supression 2 is a major bonus for someone with MLS in you template - a 30 sec root to someone whilst you beat on them with MLS skills is usually deadly to most players

I use both depending on the situation.

The main thing is it depends on who you are grouped with, unless you are with a bunch of people who work together and know each other's templates, skills and tactics well then stasis is just a waste of force and frustrating as the other members of the group will just break it as soon as it is applied. Teamspeak is great for calling out targets etc.

Basically you stasis as many people as you can to reduce numbers - preferably their strongest players, then root those you are going to attack.

By the time you have killed those rooted you can then root the stasis'd ones and move onto them.

Another couple of situations people go on about as difficult is vs someone using avoid incap. Here you can either (1) root them and get out of range or (2) stasis them and wait till AI wears off - rince and repeat and they run out of force...

To get Aura off a defender, stasis them a few secs after they refresh it and then wait till it goes. A few secs later KD them to break stasis and pumel them, aura cannot be applied while KD'd and when taking dmg it is the last thing on their mind.

Basically via the use of supression, stasis and force wave you put your opponents on the defence, use their powers against them and generally promote fear, confusion and frustration in the enemy. All of these lead to mistakes.

This is the way of the Master Enhancer.

Stasis is so strong if used properly.

Me, my friend MrSushi anda few otherswent around picking off the Master defender rebelsthat were in coro on infinity earlier.

Hit defender till he / she applies AI....knock hp to nothing, stasis, sit down wait for AI to drop ( Cant reapply while stassis is on ) One hit after AI drops incap DB ftw

Use Stasis when you want to lock somebody out of the fight completely. Do this only if you can control who is shooting at which targets - you do not want area attacks fired in your target's general direction, you do not want anybody else attack your target while you are about to Stasis.
This limits Stasis mostly to 1 vs X encounters or very organized battles with small groups on both sides. Dont use Stasis to lock somebody out out of a 50 vs 50 battle since somebody will use area attack more than likely.
Whenever you cant use Stasis for the above reasons, use Force Suppression

What he said - its not about dealing a lot of damage, its about making the opponent panic by preventing him from doing his usual attack routines and forcing him into fighting styles he is not well trained in.
