Thread: Channel Force Or Force Armour

Hey once i finish my template ill only have enough sp for 1 tier2 box and im not sure if i should go for basic force armour with 0200 or should get channel with 0002?
Rest of my template will be MLS Defender 4440 Healing 4000 and Enhancer 4xxx. Ne opinions would be great

channel - with 44xx defender you have enough innate armour 2000 more wont make much difference - channel will be a huge boost to you though as it will reduce your downtime hugely

my question is y do u need FR2 with this temp? i would go with MLS,Def 4440/Heal 4000/Enh 3002. But really instead of 4440 def im going 4040 and 3402 enh. I believe u get more innate armor then a MDef doescause 4000 def gives u +22 innate and 0400 enh gives +40 innate with force armor for a total of +62 innate armor compared to MDef which only have +50 total. I currently have 0040 def and it works great with MLS against BHs cause of +25 block and +500 defense from aura and imp force armor. The only time ur gonna need ranged defense is when BHs r attacking. Personally I'd go with the more armor.

you only have enough SP for a tier 1 skill if you have MLS 4440 def 4000 ENH 4000 Heal

it gives you a toltal of 42 innate armor, and to the original poster do what this person says unless your really scared to fight bh keep ranged defense in defender and pick up force channel.Any force armor without channel or meditate is just asking for death tobe inevitable.

If you want some basic force management I would go for channel.

channel all the way, you already have 3 lines in defender and thats plenty, channel is almost a must unless you want to be sitting around waiting for force to regen for half the time you are on. If you want you can move one of those defender lines to 0400 enhancer, not only will you get 40 innate armor but also force feedback and force absorb for protection against master powers users.

so defender 444x enhancer 3xx2 is not as good as defender 4x4x enhancer 34x2

Channel. You are asking for a lot of downtime if you can't regenerate force.
