BS, SOE doesnt care about your feedback. they got an insane amount of negative feedback on the CU and they pushed the release forward.

The whole exp thing. The game hasn't been the same since. Alot of people quit, and haven't came back. My friends list is almost always completely empty now. That was a huge blunder, and I feel they are gonna feel the hurt from that for a very long time. Anyone else find it odd that WoW went back up to 3rd on the best selling games list, right after the exp blunder?

it is very rare that you will get any type of response, however, they do read ALL emails, so it is a direct way to ensure that your opinions are heard. thank you for taking the time to share.

well, this is the surest way to get the message across, be it negative or positive, the sheer volume of posts on all the forums ensures the forum posts are not frequently reviewed....submitting feedback directly also cuts out the middlemen, eliminating interference of any bias (real or percieved) of certain (red name)individuals charged with presenting the concerns of the community to the decision makers. Just ensure that you present your feedback in a constructive manor....I'm sure they get enough hate mail as it is.
