While most people aren't excited about the changes, I must admit i wasn't either. I played wow for a while and SWG since launch, and i've always told myself that playing wow was more fun and if they could only merge the two games SWG would be a force to be reckoned with.

I know many of you are probably wondering what will happen to all the hybrid templates that made each profession somewhat different. I speculate that once you've reached level 80 as a JEDI you will be able to open up a skill set system or what WOW referred to as talent points to diversify your abilities and have a specialty.

Some of you are concerned that players who haven't invested time in jedi will respec to jedi. Correct me if i'm wrong but i believe the people who are lvl 80 Jedi in the system now will be considered a level 90JEDI whereas the people who respec to jedi will be lvl 80. Jedi Vets will be armed with a new lightsaber as well as a new robe. This will give a significant advantage to those of us who have been jedi. In addition, players will not start out as jedi, they will be force sensitive and JEDI will be the elite of the force sensitive class.

I am a little excited and a little worried at the same time, but i seriously think this change is for the better. Wait it out, this is the most promising thing that SOE has done, or so it seems. So wait it out , you may say "wow this really does feel like star wars and i like it".

Thank you for your time
