they may add a few things to the Healer, Mhealer sounds like a fun Support temp in PvE n\and PvP, and if played right i bet Mhealer would pwn if used right.

The slower timer on heals, the excessive cost of Total Heal, make Master Healer a waste of points. It does not fit the support role very well, as the force cost cripples it's effectiveness.

Master Healer went from being one of the best Jedi profession Pre-CU to the worst.

Friend of mine is LS 0404/Master enhancer/Master healer, freakin great support template, but you definately have to learn how to manage force since both healer and enhancer has tools that eats force for lunch. Totalheal will kill your force so only use it on emergancies so stick with force heal and of course you have those heals to kill off the master CM dots, unfortunately nothing in healer can heal debuffs and root/snares.

A Master Healer find herself in a situation where they sacrificed their ability to deal out damage and to tank.

As replacement they are supposed to have healing powers. Unfortunate, nobody cares about healing wounds, disease, bleed, dizzy, blind etc becouse thoose states/dots are very unbalanced or broken. This ofcourse effects Force Shock as well, a very unecessary power. Force SAP is not useful for someone who do not have an exceptional saber, becouse your damage output is not enough to force people to heal often (thereby wasting mind enough to make SAP useful).

So we can cure Disease, Intimidate and Fire. Two of theese are only applied by one single profession and intimidate is rare.

Total Heal suffers from a very high forcecost. When you start to use it, you will waste force extremely quickly, and it often force you to end the battle early or loose. When you are in a group in pvp and start to heal incapped friends you can easily waste 3500 force in 30 seconds, just to upkeep the role you abandoned Defense/Offense for.

Furthermore you earn no experience for doing this.

Reason: The lack of multiplayer pve content and Star Wars feel.
For 3 years I have tried to find excuses to stay in game but only the expansions offered me what I subscribed for in the first place: A multiplayer Star Wars pve experience with friends around the globe. I found friends but with almost no addition of pve content they dropped out one by one. Now it's my turn.

I am a M. Healer/MLS/4040 def

M. Healer Pros

- Can alternate between heals resulting in very fast healing of multiple people

- Can heal many things all at once resulting is saved combat turns that can be used for other things (damage). This can be very effective when your trying to outdamage someones heals as it gives you that many more damage turns. When using a health crystal and other buffs being able to heal 6k of ham all at once means you pound away for a long time without taking a break and healing. It is also very mind cost effective to heal all at once.

- Sap is very handy against BH's and other 1:1 fights but you could get all its benifit from just xx4x so you dont really need to master to gain this bonus.

M. Healer Cons

- Uses lots of force

- Many of the things you can heal do not really need to be healed. This may change once specials are given back to mobs.

- In the end your using up x4x4 and master to buy yourself the one skill Total heal. That is a high price.

I believe I posted about that in the Doctor forum as well. The recent A.I changes made theese powers even worse. Now we heal the states, but they are reapplied at once.
