I had a guildy tune a near perfect stats from a quality pearl. This was Pre-CURB when Quality dropped from Juves like Forged Jar of Bugs drops off BH NPC marks lol.
I believe the stats were 45/45 -8
Other than that, I've had a lot of fair/goodcome out with -9 and a lot come out with 100+, but not both. This was of course Pre-Curb when finding a Prem Pearl was as rare as a CH.

He went out and looted like 5 other pearls asap all with crappy tunes on it
So it's possible to get lucky, but it's very rare.
Best I've gottencame off a fair78 -6. 
Tuned10 quality, besttune of the lotwas25 -4. Maybe I'm just extremely unlucky

Good pearls:
72/72 -8fc
42/42 -5fc
98/98 -2fc
67/67 -5fc
Good Crystals
46/46 -7fc
22/22 -3fc
59/59 -4fc
Fair Crystals
66/66 -4fc
49/49 -5fc
28/28 -2fc
ok, when i tuned all my pearal, which were all post CU goods, i got three decnet/good tunes...
117/-.23/-8
108/-.21/-7
94/-.18/-9
everything else....well, my fourth pearl is a 82/??/-7
not perfect...but from what i hear, ill take 'em

Good luck finding one. My statistical study indicates that only 1 pearl / crystal in 400 will get a 120 damage tune post-CU. That means only about 1 in 6,400,000 will tune perfect in all 3 catagories.

Devs say any pearl can tune to 120 -9 lets see if its REALLY true.....

You also have to consider speed too. I've seen a lot of tunes < -0.1 speed. Personally I look for speed > -0.2 when considering pearls or crystals to use in my saber.
