New to using these macros. Only one I used was Def Stance and a DB macro lol. But it seems I need them more. So with that said.....

I have Force Infusion and Improved Force Aura. I am struggling to find the right way to put these in a macro. Any help would be great lol.

Also. pardon the "noobness" of this question......Would it be prudent to include Valor in this as well. Or a seperate one? thanks again......

Go into your abilities window (Ctrl-A be default), and make a new macro. Pick an icon for it and name the macro infuse.

Now type this in the macro line

/forceinfusion (its been so long i forget, you may need to check it under your abilites lol)

/pause 35

/m infuse

That will make it loop forever .

The one problem, is that if your doing another action at the time its suppose to run, it may skip a turn, so you may want to get nifty, and add an alert line somewhere in there if you feel its necesary.

The same thing works for Aura. You could even make it in the same macro and name it something you will remember.

If you get the jist of what I said, macros should be fairly easy to write from now on for you.

(until they remove recursives lol)

Remember, Force Aura is not likeForce Infusion. You can resetAura before it ends so that there is no down time. So if Aura lasts 45 seconds, make your macro a 42 second loop.

The best players don't macro. Things will interrupt your macros and make it even more of a hassle in critical game points, such as PvP. Do it manually, unless you just want one for standing around...

Oh, only 'macros' I can suggest are quick fixes to issues with using Infuse and Force Heal. Just simply make a macro to /forceheal self; and /forceinfusion self; Put those on your main toolbar, and then the normal one maybe on pane 2. That way you don't have to worry about targeting yourself first or untargeting a target you are currently selected.

Other than that, I think AI, Infuse, Aura macros are generally bad ideas. If you want them on when you're just hanging out...ok I guess...won't matter much since I will put mine on instantly if I get attacked. Just remember to /dump them when you go into combat.

yup, I got my macros binded to my numpad keys.

0 knockdown recovery
1 forceheal self
2 forceinfusion self
3 force aura
4 drink ruby/use a stim
5 /dump
6 force speed
7 burstrun
8 cloak
9 panic macro (eats all my damage mitigation foods, nutricake, as well as the rest of the foods, also instantly turns on aura, infusion, force armor, force speed.)

The only looping macro I have is aura, and if I notice it skip I just hit 5 (dump) then aura again.

and I will say having a panic macro will save your ass a lot if your a younger jedi trying to grind, but it doesn't substitude for not paying attention to the overhead map or radar.
