Can we get any answers/response from the Dev team please.....

I do not see how you can possibly ignore the fact that the customers are unhappy.

the amount of locked / deleted posts means that you are aware of the situation yet you still remain silent

If you simply believe that if you leave it long enough it will all die down then you are gravely mistaken.

Thats what they beleive. If we don't answer then maybe they will stifle it and go away.

I am completely floored that there has not been ONE SINGLE POST from a Dev about this...just threats and lockdowns. Amazing.

Posts were locked for flaming/trolling. There are ways to ask the Devs things and there are ways to NOT ask them things. Try the Community Relations and Website board. They do answer things there.

are not being ignored, but Tiggs and TH were busy most of the day and
late into the evening, unfortunately there is no way to get an Instant
answer, and I do not know when they will have a reply for you.

the Dev'slove just ignoring people.. I am from bria and thats all we got was ignored on compensation for all the down time and server problems.. .. they seem to think rewording people that are not jedi was the thing to do.. kind of tells yea something...

Yeah dude, I've heard that crap before. I look forward to your's, Tiggs, TH, etc. posts on these issues tomorrow

A rollback is coming, perhaps. We can't be sure, and the mods totally deny it, but IMO, that makes it all the more likely. Hang in there, it could come at any moment... All we've worked for may soon come to fruition...

might fly if this was a unique incident. but the facts here are we get constant half truths and are ignored otherwise. so please, do not insult our intelligence with some lame excuse that they are too busy today. how about yesterday, the day before and so on for the last 6-8 months. a lame excuse is worse than none at all.

if you guys want to show you care about your long lasting players (aug of 03 for me), then get on the ball and answer some of the concerns voiced.

as for me, i've given up on this game and the team behind it. the lack of forsight and lack of snare counter did me in...

good luck fixing what's broke.

While that may be what it looks to you publish 24 has been around for a few days now, and the problems that are being presented here (bh vs jedi snare problem, bh with sl problem, mcm pistols4 mbh problem) have been around for a while now and we haven't heard anything from the devs about it.

We know they are reading as we have had replys about trolling but we have had no information from that, and my guess is thats whats keeping the fire going.

We need a "you are right, the balance needs to be redone and we are working on this immediatly" post, cause my guess many of us wont pay 14.99 to sit around in our houses... :/

And note I know you cant do anything about this as you arn't a dev, I just hope you also understand that we arnt posting this because we consider "trolling" fun. We'd rather be playing our game then sitting here complaining :/

Answers they give will do nothing but make you leave faster...they have answers, or at least they should have...would hate to think that this whole failed experiment of the cu is nothing but a act/react way of programming. I would love to see the direct answers from soe about 10 of our most important questions. I beleive we deserve to know whether its worth staying or not. But soe knows this and thats why you dont get answers...your money would go elsewhere...Actually the challange of letting some of the senior members like kal, msnil, glzmo and a few more should post a unified questionare and demand answers. What scares me the most is that nobody at soe has an answer because they havent been working on the problems. If soe decides to ignore them, then we go elsewhere. The answers should be a simple yes or no with an explination why. You know, thats not to much to ask for. For soe to totaly ignore us pretty much says it all. Ignoring a question itself is an answer guys...its the answer of we dont care.
