Jedi Archive

This happened to two jedi in my guild today. They were in a private structure crafting, and they had their vehicles out. The BH shot the vehicle and the jedi were ejected from the structure. I know that if a BH attacks a jedi in a publicstructure they both get ejected, but I have never encountered this before. My house is private and i've had BHs camp outside waiting on me, but my vehicle was never out. Is this intended ?
