Change your defender line to xx4x--that one line is not going to save you when you get hit, and the xx4x line might mean you get hit less. In any case, when you get hit with either of those defender lines, because you have so little innate armor, it will hurt a lot.

Good thing you have cloak, you're gonna be using it often.

If you take any Defender, take xx4x first. +500 melee, ranged and force defense are way superior to any other Defender branch.
You will have to play about the same playstyle as a MLS / MPowers, so Force Cloak is your friend and you will need to dish out lots of damage in the shortest amount of time before you disappear again before you become a target - you dont have very high defenses if you have Def 0040 as your only defense.
In PvE this template is not very viable as a soloing template because you cannot fool or surprise NPCs or critters with Force Cloak (their reaction time is 0) and you will take a beating as soon as you drop out of Cloak. For PvE, you need either Defender 4440 or Defender 0040 / Enhancer x4xx as a minimum.

If you want a solid all-around template based on LS offense, you should start with LS 0404 / Enh 3002 / Heal 2000 and go from there. If you want Cloak, add Powers 0400, if you want to use Defender as your defense add Def 4440, if you want to use Force Armor add Defender 0040 / Enhancer 3402. From there, you can either put more into offense (MLS) or take more defense - if you are using Defender, make it MDef, if you are using Enhancer, make it Def 4040 / Enh 3402. Spend the remainder of your points in fun skills

The best cloaking template apart from MPowers templates in my opinion is LS 0404 / MEnh / Heal 4000 / Def 0040 / Pow 0400 - but you need a good saber to be able to have an adequate damage output with LS 0404 and Improved Force Speed.
