Sap is a 20% reduction in action/mind regen for 30sec. Improved Sap is a 35% reduction for 60sec. It also does a small amount of damage which will break mezzes such as stasis/concussion/startleshot.

Their is also a longer duration on the improved sap of 2 min instead of 1 min for regular.

i was wrong. Improved sap is -30% mind and -35% action for 60 seconds, not 2min. Before it was nerfed improved sap was 50% to both for 3min.

Almost not worth havin anymore. Watching mind and action max fast after a Doc/MCM heal. While sap applied kinda gets discourageing

used to be a real threat to bh/cm in a fight, works ok if you hit them when they are low on ham.

Ya in almost all of my MCM/MBH's that have come, a well timed Sap has fooked their world up. Its best used after they paralize/debuff/dot. B/c their mind is so low from applying the dots and debuffs, sap will jus make them try to kite to regen. Even with its lower %'s its still effective. All it takes is timing and patiance.
