when experimenting with my LS what does what like which makes dmg higher and which lowers sac ?

don't bother with damage, it's a very very minimal increase. Put all you can in eff (lowers fc and sac) and the rest in speed...

Do what makes ya happy tho, make a bunch of all different kinds to test yourself

ok well then what stat would I max out to get a lower sac and FC?

Experimenting on efficency will lower your FC and SAC.
