Thread: Sith Commander Doesn't Run
If the Dev's could please tweak the code to help the end of this awesome quest not turn into a dull walk across Dath, I know a lot of FS people would appreciate it. Also, it might help make more than the closest 3 bases viable options, as the further ones take too long and the commander dies of poision.
aren't you tried of everything being handed to you? Can't you take the time to get the remote for one of the two closest bases like everyone else?

Even better is if I pull out my AV21, he jumps in with me. Then I can just ride all the way to the Village.

Actually he did run before teh CU. Now he walks its dumb one of the best FS misions hosed because the commander my captive who Id more than likely smack in th ehead w the but end of my saber and tie acorss the back of my swoop or stuff in the trunk of my av21 walks and suffers from terrible LOS issues. On top of that this makes only the three bases closest to the village useable so they are perma camped. Peopel gettign the remotes for teh two closest isnt the answer, someone fixing the system is. This is an issue where an oversight from the CU causes this mission to go from allot of fun to completely boring and frustrating. If theydont wanthim torun (despite the patch notes saying he would now run)they should set up a "pickup" waypoint about 1k meters out.
What Im tired of is when someone has a legitimate complaint about a bugged system someone else has to go out of their way and accuse the person of being lazy or "wanting everythign handed to them". Sure there is workarounds to allot of bugged systems but that doesnt mean the responsibility to make them right.
Whats really funny is if you use a workaroudn that takes advantage of their broke system your an exploiter but if you use a workaround so they dont have to fix something broken its considered ok.
