I've been rolling the "Jedi will get nerfed instantly" thing over in my head and it doesn't seem to play well. I've come up with this conclusion.

Jedi won't get a nerf, because not enough people will be owned by them.

Take all the nerfs BHs have taken. It's because so many people have been hit with Eyeshot. There are so many BH's out there that they have made an impact on many people. But when you think about Jedi, do you really think that a couple hundred Jedi are going to use some uber badass move in public? Doubtful. It won't affect enough people to be nerfed. If one person says "Nerf Jedi" then no one is going to pay attention.

A master jedi can take on a group of players.. A padawan, probably 1 on 1, 1 on 2 at best, but they can always run like the wind and escape from a larger group

i would be so fricken mad if i spent a year playing, getting my fscs unlocked, then within the hour they nerfed it so a Jedi Master could best take on a Ikopi...

right, this is one thing the devs will leave. Yes, there will be people who complain about the jedi, but think about it this way. They will have many many people looking for them, perma-death after a few kills, NPC like mara jade spawn infront of them, its going to be hard enough, let them ahve their uber character. Jedi are supposed to be uber.
