Thread: Combat Medic Counter
My brother went up against a MCM and was complete stalemated. Force Sap was kept on the CM the entire battle, but they still both ran out of specials pool at the same time.

Except they can be a smart arse and sit down while they apply the debuffs and be on max mind by the time they're done.
The CM/BH that I fought didn't go below 80% mind after applying them all, right after that, poison and fire, got him low on health many times but missed more than I would have liked. Rather annoyed still.
The problem is the BH picks the time, the place and the means, we don't get a chance to get the doc buffs to counter the CM debuffs, but they can come with the buffs to counter sap..

If you get debuffed then run. It's doesn't take alone of sence to know than its not worth fighting with -50% mind.

Not as effective as it should be, especially given their 50% mind debuff, and I dunno how they do it but I've seenthem apply their first round of debuffs while sitting so they don't drain mind at first. CM/BH needs a balance pass.

Also, I've been back since Monday (left about end of may, maybe first week of june?) I've had these BHs so far
Monday - 1 CM/BH *healing* combo -- Defeated.
Tuesday - 1 CM/BH Debuff combo, 1 TKA/BH (no idea bout his template, but he was TKA) and 1 CM/BH/DOTer. All at once I might add, I was fighting the first one until the other two showed up, FR1 for about 40 minutes to safety while they chased (hate doing that). Had triplets of DOTs on me hitting for about 700 every few seconds..
Wednesday - CM/BH Debuff combo -- Defeated.
Thursday - CM/BH Debuffer -- Defeated, then went and did the DWB with him LOL, got the overlord at least!
and last night.. the first BH that attacked me on Tuesday, I was dueling my brother at the time and the Smurf appeared on radar, took my booster blue and went towards him, had about 75% force but thought I could take him..
Sapped, armour broke (hardly any difference), knockdown (missed), knockdown again, powerhit, headhit (missed), saber throw (missed), slash.. Only about 1/2 of my hits were landing which was rather annoying, took a crispic. Then I got paralised, thyroid rupture, traumatise, hemmorhage (sp?), electrolyte drain.. I think thats it and from witnessing first hand :
While keeping Sap on the whole time, he was regenerating about twice as fast as I was, although, beeing a bounty hunter he was also able to get prepared for the fight (doc buffs).. Yet another luxury we are without.
Eventually we both had very little mind, although his action regenerated very fast still so I couldn't keep him knocked down, I ran out of force and started making run/channel passes. He left me alone for a couple of minutes and I went to regen in a house while I went for a toilet break lol, this was a long fight.. Left by the time I got back (only a couple of minutes :/)
In CONCLUSION (

I'm happy to give them a fight, I nearly got him many times, corellian ale/crispic didn't seem to help any..
If they come in squads again (like what happened on Tuesday) I'm not going to hang around, the BHvsJedi system is supposed to be even 1v1, but right now I think either the CM debuffs are too powerful or our sap isnt powerful enough. I hate running from a fight but I'm not going to bend over and let them kill me.
I don't have to much trouble with cm's. Doctors are more annoying IMHO. With a cm I litterally run up to them and beat the snot out of them forcing them to heal which is actually the best defense as a MP/MLS. Nobody can touch you if they need to heal, remeber that.

Except if you dont kill them in your first onslaught then you have no action/mind to do anything else.
The debuffs totally kill your mind.
With my template (I still have Mdef) they barely do any damage but can outheal yours, eventually the 400ish damage their rifle/pistol does and the 2x 300 damage DOTs you run out of action/mind and either run or die.
