Once again....

MAX DAMAGE IS NOT THE ONLY MEASURE OF A WEAPONS STRENGTH

When are some people going to realize it.

The same discussions over and over even though they are proved inaccurate

Umm, NO

1. Minimum Damage is at least as important as Maximum Damage (with high defense you will hit a lot closer to your min damage than your max damage, and as such the damage range on the weapon is very important)

2. Elemental Damage is a major add on that we get that most others do not. And no one gets near as much as we do.

3. After pearls the Base speed on the sabers is just as good as the base speed on other weapons, so there is no argument on speed. It is not just LS speed that is bugged. Right now all speed can sometimes be rated as "base speed" and sometimes rated as "modified speed"

A 650 - 750 saber with 225 elemental will outdamage all weapons other than non-capped weapons in PvP and high end PvE, with all other aspects being the same.

Only in PvE less than 90 will the other weapons outdamage the saber.

Capped Saber > Capped Rifle

The real problem is that not enough good tunes on pearls are out there to get people up to competing levels

what can we do?

We can complain, andall that will happen is all the pre-cu Jed with their near perfect sabers will just tell us to shut up and quit our belly-achin.

Or we can quit the game, but that doesn't mean anything to SOE... all the dead accounts from the CU proves that.

so, tell me...what can we do BUT stand for it?
