read for yourself....tiggs posted yesterday. and the guy is right on.....even if his numbers are off. the overwhelming majority of people i saw on TC were wearing robes. (hard to call someone a jedi that kills things with a VK...but thats they deal at lower levels)
It was inevidable..what i can't understand, is while everyone was bitching about there being to many JEDI playing now, why would they make it any easier to become one ffs? the theory was, they were gonna eliminate JEDI alltogether..now there will be server after server FILLED with nothing but JEDI ffs...
It's to much like life..everyone wants it NOW give it to me NOW, I WANT IT NOW!!! Noone wants to work for a damn thing.

Wow...when patch 9 went to TC there were jedi everywhere too..
Btw, I haven't got into TC yet, but from what I can read, it all looks nice. I always wanted more sw feel to the game. But ffs, REMOVE JEDI COMPLETELY THEN! That would be much better!

Removing jedi I would be all for if they pushed the GCW and a story.
I think its a great move on SOE's part.
I think their reasoning was to take the class that was the hardest to get and make it just as easy as all the other classes and make them just as strong as everyone else so that everyone wouldn't want to play jedi as much. So you'd have less of them.
The best way to go about it is to make it where the only good jedi around are the jedi that have more skills then the rest of the hundreds of faceless jedi from post-cu. I don't play a jedi, I've got access to a master jedi account with a perfect saber and you couldn't pay me to log in to him because its just not as fun and challenging as a normal profession.
Now hopefully they can scrap the FRS idea and just put in a pure pvp ranking system for advancement that all players can participate in. Perhaps then we can have a ranking system that is built around even classes and the actual player skill instead of the easily exploitablejoke that has been in place previously.
you need to be cl 38 to make one so i dont have one yet.. that plus the resources.. the number of jedi almost make me feel sick
