So Is it safe to say now that jedi will never die there will be no blue glowys of fallen masters around? I was just flipping through the start guide and noticed it. Was a good idea Hope it is somehow put in the game.

It appears that idea was filed, along with robe resists and Jedi being fun

More seriously though, that was an ideal for Jedi pre-publish 9 who made Master under the perma-death system. If these Masters died they would become a blue glowie, but as it was impossible to become a Master (no AP available to Jedi, so they could not take the Master box) this idea of the Blue Glowie was obviously tossed.

but as you read the Jedi master box on force progression tree, it says something to the effect of one last step to becoming completely one with the force. maybe its in thier still, is it impossible to master Jedi atm?

Well to "Master" Jedi, you must hold the top ranking in the FRS system, which as I understand it, is currently impossible.

I think you have to be a council member but not necessarily a council leader.

I oppose the NGE and support Holocron Shug and Q-3p0's dream of the way SWG should be!

So we created a system that would allow players to switch professions during the game, and there would be a lot of gameplay around making that change. If you want to go from architect to scout we?ve created a system to make that happen."

still looking but heres a funny one.. that Q wrote... A LONG TIME AGO...

ince the Jedi will come up quite a bit, I want to be clear to new players. Please read the Jedi FAQ.

You will likely not see many (if any) Jedi in game for a long time (likely months). We're not kidding. Jedi are rare in this time period (between A New Hope and The Empire Strikes Back). Becoming a Jedi and surviving as a Jedi is very very very very difficult (and rewarding) in Star Wars Galaxies: An Empire Divided.

May the Force be with you!
