hate to burst your bubble but if you do either of those templates youll go down like nothin in most pve or pvp without healing.
I guess if you plan on using only stims, either template would work, and at least you could run away, until you can heal/regen.
I would think the first template would be the offensive template, and the seocnd, the more defensive.
