Hi everyone. What do states that we can apply such as stun and dizzy do? I looked around and didn't see anything. Thanks in advanced.

Blind - Lowers accuarcy.

Stun - Lowers defences.

Dizzy - Slightly lowers accuary and defencers.

States do seem to work in PvE.

It's debatable. States might work in PvP but they aren't be all and end all of combat like before CU.

No but they should have some sort of drastic effect. If you got stabbed in the eye in battle, its gonna make a major influence on the way you fight. You get slammed in the head badly and become dizzy/stunned your gonna have problems fighting as well.

States just seem worthless I dont even use them anymore maybe SOE will start thinking logically for once.

Some states still work.

Once they fix the others FOTM is going back to 4004 heal.

And that's a promise.
