If I have skill tapes in some clothes, and those clothes reach 0 condition, do the mods still apply?

Why I put adk on my set. If you took 2 years to make a complete tape set you would adk it too. Its not easy.

Well if you insure your items, a PvP death won't make them lose condition, if you PvE a lot and tend to die a lot, just don't use your clothing with tapes and make sure they're not in your inventory.It's not too hard to keep clothing condition high. Having a the Hero ring helps a lot if you happen to die with some modded clothes on unless you have a doc/cm in the group or are a Master Enhancer.
