ok ok so those of you who doesnt want to pre order... oits ok but i want to.... =) so ...i live outside the united states actually argentina(southamerica) so where can ipreorder the ToOw via download? if any one can gimme a clicky or a link i would really apreciate it thanks

pre order is not available yet, I'm sure soe will let you know the minute it is though.
and its digital download only, no store packs from what I understand.
