Just an idea to break up the boredom caused by repeat trips to the mission terminals. Several posts have mentioned using a type of visibility for BHs. How about if this visibility caused NPCs to contact the BH with a mission. Imagine logging in to find and email instructing you to head to the Emperors Retreat and being given a BH mission by Lord Vader or The Emperor. Maybe you are in a cantina and an NPC approaches you with an offer of a mission. This could be displayed with a popup similar to group invites, only asking if you want to accept the mission.

Maybe these missions could be used to target Jedi NPCs on Dantooine or Nightsisters on Dathomir.

Would also function for player Jedi. A Jedi builds enough visibility, generates an NPC given mission. Payout could be a little higher due to the importance of the mission. Reb NPCs give out missions on Imp Jedi and vice versa.
