im thinking about getting enh 4xxx def 3xxx instead of enh 3xxx and def 4xxx. But how much faster is FR2 ?

FR2 is about 33% faster than FR1. If I were you, I would not give take 4xxx Enhancer over 4xxx Defender. As for FR2 you will do less damage than a Jedi with FR1 because of the damage modifier that has been put on FR2. You only do about the half the damage while force running with FR2. With FR1 you do 100% damage.

FR1 is slightly slower than burstrun, FR2 is slightly faster than burstrun, but slower than a swoop.

FR1 = 33 terrain negotation. FR2 = 66 terrain negotiation.

I was thinking of using FR2 more as an escape route, not to use in combat as is use FR1 today, i never turn it off. U can toggle FR2. and the extrra innate armor and melee defence in def 4xxx does make that much difference in PvP.

Toggling Force Run 2 or 3 in a battle is not practical. Force Run 3 costs 500 Force per activation, so running 2 players down costs 1000 Force. Force Run 2 costs 400 Force, so thats 800 Force just to close down 2 players.

Forget it. ForceRun is an awesome power and together with Force Suppression you have your escape.

ForceRun2 is only slightly faster, but forces you to toggle it on and off all the time, wasting heaps of force and you will feel bolted to the ground in combat becouse you cant use FR anymore.

FR2 is about as fast as a regular character burstrunning, but removes your damage output.
FR3 is about as fast as a BH burstrunning and removes your damage output.

For 3 years I have tried to find excuses to stay in game but only the expansions offered me what I subscribed for in the first place: A multiplayer Star Wars pve experience with friends around the globe. I found friends but with almost no addition of pve content they dropped out one by one. Now it's my turn.

hmmm maybe its not worth it then... FR1 is sweet to have in BH fights tho... i love to /follow and laugh when they try to run from you

So would I if master enhancers had it.

I would trade Advanced ForceRun for regular ForceRun any day.

It's really one of the best powers in the Enhancer tree.
