Well we all have to come to accept the fact that is no longer the alpha class it used to be. So please read this thread without carrying on the usual mind set of " I am a jedi, I grinded this much to get it, so I should be able to kill you". The game has been more challenging since the jedi nerf, more people coming to pvp with non-jedi templates and all around more fun. Even if jedi wouldn't get nerf, people would just grind a jedi of their own insted of pvping as a non-jedi. So nothing really changed, you are still fighting people with nearly as much as power as you.
Getting to the post, I think one single problem that is out there, other than the "jedi got nerf" problems. Id non-jedi healing ability. It is a little to extrem at the moment. Once add the armorbreak slice + ruby bug and stims + CM/doc healing jedi will be at a total disadvantage. Maybe just adjusting the non-jedi healing to come in pair with jedi healing will be a great idea. If not, I will be dropping 4xxx healer to get 4xxx doc. Healing is just too extreme and ruby/stim bug/exploit out there is not helping it either. With my current template I can defeat BHs and non-jedi using the above equipments. However anyone without defender or people wil enhancer or master power templates will be in major disadvantage. Lets not forget jedi should be 1.5times better than a regulare profession. Our offensive power WILL be balanced once non-jedi healing comes to pair with jedi healing and ruby/stim exploits gets fixed. That alone will fix alot of issues jedi are currently facing in combat.

a) Not an exploit
b) Jedi can use stims and ruby aswell

I wont post it here, but I can assure you, there is a exploit that allows one stim pack use/sec and I KNOW jedi can it too. That doesn't make it ok to use the exploit though.

Apparently this is working as intended and anyway.. just make your opponent fill up their stomach like a complete fool by knocking back a ruby after each stim.

Or, if you mean the exploit where they use a move with half the cooldown
A) Jedi can do this too
B) They are the ones killing themselvs, this only drains their mind faster, and they have wasted half a move healing instead of dealing damage, all you have to do is keep laying on the damage yourself and that BH will be dead in no time at all.

No I'm talking about the stimppack exploit. Also ruby is a drink not a food. I know how to beat people with high healing, however you will need a certain template to do so. I'm a master carbineer/master CM/x4x4 pistoleer on my non-jedi. I can take on ANY jedi using the right tactics. I will not dare posting it here or else you will have the entire jedi community yelling nerf on BHs. Though if you wanna know it pm me, I might tell you. If you use a couple of right tactics with a template like that, you are UNBEATABLE. Granted you might not be able to kill the jedi, but you wont die either. Trick to this tactic is, you will NEVER run out of mind.
