regain con is not broken however many think that it is the same as of force of will which it is not. FOW brings u back from a incap'd state as where regain con is a self rez, it will not bring u back from a incap'd state like it says but instead it will bring u back from a corpse state. just thought i'd clear that up for those that did not know.
