The quality rating just slightly increases youroddsof getting a good tune. It doesn't mean that they are intrinsicly better.

Remember that we are dealing with the "Law of Large Numbers." It's the principle thatkeeps casinos in business. A single spin of the roulette wheel is meaningless. So is any small sample. It may come up 24 black ten times in a row. That doesn't mean there is a pattern. It means the sample is much too small to draw any conclusion. It's only after thousands/millions of spins do you get the real picture. So, whileyour experiencetuning may be interesting, it is meaningless from a statistical point of view. You would need the results of thousands/millions of tunes to draw any conclusions.

This is not true at all. I have tuned over 100 pearls/crystals in game and RARELY has a premium ever given me an awesome tune. Back pre-CU I got one Premium pearl to tune to a 149 damage and a -9FC! I use it to this day.

You results are still meaningless. Your sample is too small. It's all about the roll of the dice.
