Thread: what's your characters story.
I was born on Corellia. Tyrena is the most beautiful place in the Galaxy to me, so alive. My childhood memories of it warm me to the very center of my being. That was my home, my haven, until my 7th birthday. Right after presents and right before the Berry Supreme cake, the Stormtroopers broke down the front door and arrested my parents. My father was a geologist and my mother was a financial advisor, so when the charges of espionage and conspiracy to commit terrorism were leveled on them, I was in shock. How could my parents betray the Emperor that way? It had to be a misunderstanding. I was wrong. They proudly admitted their murderous intent. Judgement was swift, and we were sent to Talus, to prison to await execution.
It was hard for me, growing up in a prison. Those first 2 years were a learning experience. That was also the year I met Major Sarric, the warden of the prison. He was an amazing man, so refined, so Noble and I wanted to be just like him.
It was on my 10th birthday that the Major invited me to train with his guards. I was a small girl, for my age, and quite timid. The shame of my parents betrayal weighed heavy on me. The Major taught me that my honor, in the eyes of Lord Vader and the Emperor, was unblemished, and that they wished for me to learn a trade.
The Major wasn't a prison warden his whole career, but an assassin, an infiltration expert, an interrogator, and a spy. He taught me all he knew over the next 2 years. Grueling 12 hour days of training, and then more practice after a quick supper. At the end of the 2 years, I was ready for almost anything...or so I thought.
It was a cool autumn evening when the Major called me into his office. Standing at parade rest, he informed me that there was just one last detail before I could be fully accepted into the Imperial Forces, and that it was time to correct that obstacle. My parents final orders had to be carried out, and I was to be the executioner.
The details are unneeded, but suffice it to say, I was efficient.
Flash forward 3 years
My name has become synonymous with "Mission Complete'. I seemed to have an insight into every situation, and always found the moment of vulnerability in every target. This earned me a reputation...not always a good one.
I was practicing my unarmed techniques when the messenger came. The note said that I was to immediately meet with Lord Vader and the Emperor for an important meeting. I was awed..me?? Who was I to meet with them?? But, orders were orders and I was off to get cleaned up and meet them.
It was at that meeting that the true nature of who I was became known to me. It was at that moment that I understood, with perfect clarity, the motions of the Universe and the Will of the Force. It was also then that I learned of the Emperors true purpose...everything in my life was changed from that moment on.

heres mine, not as long as i would have hoped, since there simply isnt enough room in the bio box for it, but ill add what i wanted to put in game here.
Named after the great Sith Lord Naga Sadow, Naaga began his path to the dark side at a young age. Facinated with the forbiddenhistory of the sith, Naaga tried to train himself to harness the power known as the Force. After years have passed and no knowledge of the Force gained, Naaga gave up his hopes of becoming the next Exar Kun.
When Naaga was 17 he joined a group of bandits. They called themselves the Pirates of the Outer-Rim (POR for short, this section of the bio is actually true). Led by the notorious Assasin Riddeck, and his captains Gravis and Raxlor, the Pirates were feared accross the galaxy.Gravis was skilled in all forms of combat and strategy and the most repected Captain of POR.Gravis took a liking to Naaga, and took him under his wing, teaching him the art of war, and technique of the pike and sword. Naaga would become a fearful, powerful pirate soon after.
As years passed and Gravis was killed in battle to a mysterious figure who called himself Zyzix. Angered by the death of his teacher and and friend, Naaga left the pirates in search of Gravis' bane. Fueled by pure anger and hatred towards Zyzix, he began his search and the dark twisted planet known as Dathomir. Several years passed and Zyzix was nowhere to be found.Until one day while hunting, a strange old man gave Naaga a crystal infused with strange, yet familiar energy.
The old man vanished into thin air, but told Naaga he would know what to do with it. Naaga carried this crystal with him at all times, facinated by it. Eventually the power of the crystal led Naaga to a forgotton village of Force Sensitive Exiles. Nearly forgetting about Zyzix, presuming he had been killed already, Naaga forgot his anger, and began studying the ways of the force with these villagers.
Many more years would pass, but Naaga was learning fast, and eventually became a Jedi Padawan. Naaga became an honorable jedi, but the history of his named cursed him. Naga Sadow was cruel in his time of being a Sith Lord, and Naaga changed his name to Aerandir to hopefully pure out any traces of the Dark Side in his being.
No longer than a year later, the Jedi Council gave Aerandir his first assignment. Apparently there was a situation on Tatooine about a murder so brutal the Mos Eisly police didn't want to deal with it, and Aerandir was sent to investigate. The scene of the crime was so gruesome it reminded Aerandir of something, but he couldn't yet pin point it.
Aerandir continued his investigation, and following several leads he found where the prime suspect was hiding. A small tatooine house so deep in the dune sea, you either had to fly or be incredibly skilled in combat to survive.
Aerandir entered this house, and a dark hooded character sat at the table in front of him. The character laughed, then wispered these words, "So you finally found me..." then usingthe force hepushed Aerandir through the wall of the house, pulled out his single red bladed lightsaber and held it to Aerandir's throat. This man was Zyzix.
Zyzix told Aerandir how he murdered both the man in tatooine, and his old master Gravis. Memories of Gravis and the pirates flashed back to Aerandir, the hatred he had for Zyzix and the vow to kill him. Forgetting the ways of the Jedi code, Aerandir quickly pulled out his lightsaber and cut off Aerandir's legs. The anger fueling such a move, Aerandir began to feel real power again. Aerandir used this power to torture Zyzix for weeks in ways so un-natural it would be a sin to describe.
The Jedi Aerandir was no more. Naaga was back, andmore powerfulthan he could have ever imagined under the training of the jedi.
Naaga now trains to master the powers of the dark side, so he can fulfill his Destiny...
lol i liked how you fit the village into your story.
I've always been torn on how to fit into my story of my character becoming somewhat of a jedi.
I have 2 verisions on that, could never decide which to use though.
one of the versions is that she is taught the ways of the force by what the stars tell her.( the stars don't really speak to her, it's something else speaking to her under the disguise of the stars, but she doesn't know that yet.)

This is my bio exactly as it is in my bio sheet...
Would be longer but because of the space constraints it couldn't be, I may ellaborate on it more when I did up the original. I will put explanations in coloured text...
A small band of brave Jedi Padawan escaped slaughter at the hands of the Sith and the traitorous Anakin Skywalker.
Born of the ashes & forced into hiding by the ruthless battles of the Clone Wars, they have lived in exile, lying in wait, biding their time until their skills have been honed.
Set to purge the evil from the Skywalker lineage, they emerge now, on the eve of the "Return" as the greatest threat to the Emperors New Order and the galaxies only hope...
The -Hidden Dragon Clan- has awoken...
I seek no fame nor fortune, I am here in symbience with the land, air, water and all living things. These are the conditions passed on to me by my kind, these are the values for which I live.
There is no emotion, there is peace.
There is no ignorance, there is knowledge.
There is no passion, there is serenity.
There is no chaos, there is harmony.
There is no death, there is the force.
-HDC-
I feel an inner glow. The Force is with me.

One of the best short bio's i've ever read.....But that name just ruined every bit of it...

When I first started my character, I gave her a little background story. The bio didn't provide enough space.
After the CU I logged on one day to find it gone.
It's really cheesy, but i'll post it anyways(my writing skills never we're much but I still wanted to give my character some type of story instead of the empty bio or the kill list bio).
Not my original bio word for word, becauseI had to shorten it, but it's the same idea.
I use to like reading bio's while waiting for the shuttles, but I wish they would have given you more space.
Feel free to share your own characters bio's.
Rebirth
I awoke one evening, on the verge of death. I had no recollection of what had happened. I realized my memory was blank. I could not remember anything previous to waking up that night, not even my name. I do not know how long I was out there, to me it felt like a lifetime. I kept fading in and out of consciousness and at one point I recall gazing at my lifeless body.
The moments I was awake, I found myself hypnotized by the stars in the night sky, it felt like they we’re keeping me alive at times. I wanted to die, I knew nothing of what had happened, I knew nothing of myself nor could not find any memories before that night as much as I tried. I had nothing to live for, everything and everyone I knew was gone. The stars refused to let me die though, they seemed to be watching over me as the night went on, slowing giving me the strengthl to live.
I managed to pull myself from the ground to look around. My clothes we’re covered in blood, my face was covered in blood, the smell of death was all round me. There were pools of blood all around me but strangely not one other body was found. Still feeling weak I collapsed to the ground again. I tried again to recall my memory, but all I saw was just emptiness. For what felt like several hours, I seemed to have fallen into a trance staring up at the stars in the sky.
Some how it seemed as though the stars we’re speaking to me. I asked about what happened that night, but they told me that I would never find out. I asked about my past, but they told me as of now I did not have one. I asked why they kept me alive instead of letting me die, and they told me that I did die, but they brought me back to life because it was not my time. I asked if they would tell me my name, they told me when I died my name died, and everything and everyone in my past died and nothing could ever bring that back. They said from this night on for the rest of eternity, you shall be known as Starlia oftheNightsky…….
