Thread: I tuned over 100 crystals/pearls pre cu and post, to get the 4 I have in my saber

So to summarize for you:
You need to farm 200 or more crystals taking weeks and weeks of work on top of your 6 month path to Jedi, so that at the end of the day you can have a saber with crystals that...

Yes that is what hes saying. Thats what the old dropsystem entailed. The same old dropsystem many want back.

I farmed over 100 pearls and crystals...the number isprobably closer to 200actually.
I have seen the whole range of "tunes" from every quality crystal and pearl.
I have seen 0/0 0fc tunes from premiums I have seen over 100dmg -9fc from poors and fairs.
There is no fast way to get decent tunes.
You will not get 4 perfect tunes on the first 4 components you tune.
Some of you people have to get a grip and stop crying.
Some of you vets have to stop lying, claiming every premium and flawless you tuned was 120/120
-9fc.
You wanna know how to get a good sabre?.......put the time in and earn it.
Go farm crystals and pearls....the more crystals and pearls you have the better your chances of getting a good tune......

At the same time, it doesnt take 200+ tunes to get what you need, its luck more than anything.
i spent over 40 million in pearls which is about80 pearls and i had a few myself. My saber sucks ass with 428 dps and 30 fc. I know a guy who had 10 in his inventory and he has 2 that are better than all of mine. I don't mind my saber when i duel non-jedi but when i fight a pre-cu jedi they mop the floor with me. And i didnt do all the post-cu dble xp to get fs, i grinded it all out pre-cu and was waiting on 1 phase

Yes, and ive spent hours every day for the past 4 months farming crystals, ive tuned over 100, most of them "quality" crystals. Result?
A base dps 257 lightsaber.
In the same timeframe BHs have gotten better weapons through quests and habe sliced their weapons and armor to perfection thanks to their generous looting table when hunting npc marks.
And now Tiggs has announced thats "The way its meant to be played"
I aint happy...
