the Question is about the ablity to make your oppent bleed.
On my jedi i can do almost 300 bleeding damage per tick. and my Rileman alt i can do at the most 100 bleed per tick.
what determines the bleeding damage? i can hit a master def for over 1K damage with my Rifleman alt but still only get a bleed tick of 100
where as when fighting on my jedi against a BH or any other player with fully AB sliced gear and good armor i hit for around 680 just using basic head/body hits and still do 200-300bleed.

This all depends greatly on your combat level, template, foods used . . . not to mention the same of the toon you are trying to bleed. You will find the best informatoin on profession specific forums when you list actual scenarios. Hope that helps.

I believe bleed damage is proportional to the amount of damage you do on the initial hit. Generally in PvP, you won't hit for an insane amount of damage with nonJedi, and as such, your bleed won't be that powerful. If you use aim/deutronin-pyro (ranged acc food), you will be able to achieve a much more potent bleed because the accuracy will raise your damage output (and thus affect the bleed amount).

thats what i thought too. but if you noticed i only hit for around 680'ish damage after AB and after the armor has blocked some of the damage of my lightsaber but yet i can get a 200-300tick for bleed.
when i use Aim+Pryo get my oppent KD then do a Torso shoot i cant get that high of a bleed. even though i just hit my oppent for 800-1K damage. so snice i do MORE damage on my rifleman than i can on my jedi should not the bleed be more?
I am just going off my past encouters so i need to log in afterwork and check my numbers again but there pretty dead on.

if you are using torsoe shot from BH, its becuase it is considered a minor bleed, so the multiplier is rather small. Fencers, who have large bleeds, can really lay the hurting on someone.

THAT explains it.I figured it could not be tied 100% to damage alone i knew there had to be somthing else. thanks
