I was thinking of a beter way to test than just clothes on and clothes off, so I thaught I have +44 in speed +25 melee and +19 bd LS speed. well CM thyroid rupture is -40 speed. So I took off my clothes and went to town on my guildy. screen shotted it and then put on my clothes and had him thyroid rupture me and went to town on him again. Now the attacking was dead accurate using a nostromo controler alternating from head hit to leg hit realy fast to make sure it was not user speed. Here are there screen shots. I hope we can get this fixed soon.

+44 to speed, thyroid giving -40 = +4
soo I should still be swinging faster than the top one, thats by far not the case

Thought everyone knew by now that speed only works on default attack...... See the sticky up the top........

the macro is bypassing the cooldown timer not making use of the speed ca

as far as i know cm thyroid rupture is working like a doc speed buff, just in the opposite direction, which would mean this is about combat haste and not comparable to your weapons speed mod.
so in my opinion -40 speed from rupture +44 speed from tapes is not gonna be a +4 in speed overall even when everything is working.

^^ What he said. The debuffs have nothing to do with the speed you gain from CA's or in your Jedi skills. They are applied to lightsabers only and actually are not even working properly. The speed debuff affects your cooldown timers so no matter what your modified speed is, if you get the debuff, you are going to feel the full effect of it.
