I am a Master Powers Master Enhancer 4040 Healer on Ahazi. Previously I was a MLS MPowers, and before that a MLS MDefender. I understand that concepts behind PVP and the respective disciplines I have had, but one question has bugged me for all this time.

When I am using a force power to attack, what determines my attack speed?

I equip a saber and hit cntrl+c and see my speed and accuracy, my ranged and melee defense, and my force accuracy. When I drop my saber I lose all but the Force accuracy stat.

So does my saber affect my speed when using force powers?

In addition, will general ranged speed and accuracy attachments enhance my ability to use force wielder attacks?

Any intelligent help with this would be greatly appreciated.

Your saber will not affect your speed, but yes General Ranged Speed, General Ranged Accuracy, and Force Accuracy skill mods will enhance your character. I see a damage increase with +25/+25 Gen. R. Acc and Force Acc CAs on my clothes than with-out.

I guess the followup question is will having another weapon affect it at all. For example a high speed, speed pupped ALR? Reason I ask is because when I have a carbine equipped I seem to attack much slower than when I have a saber.

Actually general ranged speed does not work on powers on the accuracy mods from force accuracy and general ranged accuracy work..Only way to speed up powers is force speed for the zip bar.....

I can say for sure that there is no difference in my speedbetween havingmy knucklesor my saber equipped.

General ranged speed does not increase your attack speed with powers. Mushroom Pie, Doc speed buffs, and Force speed do. These no longer can be stacked.

General ranged accuracy and force accuracy tapes do work with powers. These can be stacked up to +25 each.

Weapons do not effect powers.
