Defender, most likely, or perhaps some enhancer/defender to make up for your lack of force regen.
If you go with defender, you will basically not take damage. Aura and CoB do not stack, and I think aura is probably the superior version, as long as you have a forcepool. You'd have high enough defense that anyone will hit you towards the low end of the damage range, and 70 innate armor from master defender. The real funny thing is, though, when you finally get near incap, you can avoid and take a break for mind regen, and then hop right back into the fight. Would probably be very good, assuming, of course, your forcepool holds.
Sweet, wich are the better trees of defender? So I can choose wich ones to take

Well, first thing you'd want would probably be aura, but here's the deal. A lot of TKM and defender overlap. There's no real point in getting only aura, and no real point in getting only the defender innate armor, because TKM has either equivalent moves or better. Valor would also be worthless to you, since you won't be wielding a saber. I think what this means is that for you, it's either defender mastery or nothing. But that almost seems like a waste to me, with TKM.
I'll take master defender then
lol id either go with the Menhancer idea or even Tkm/def 4300/enhancer 4003/healer 4000
think about it Aura youve already got with TKM's COB iniate armor doesnt stack though im not to sure with Force armor but even then your only going to have about 3k force bar.
with this template you can run up to someone knock them about sh!t'less use force speed to increase your attack rate use Drain to decrease their force pool as well as increaseing your own and healer to keep yourself generally healed. also if you get a kiter Force run 2 up to them KD turn it off then lay back into them Sound Template in my opinon
If you were to purely dabble in jedi here are some descriptions and uses
Healer:
Master Healer - Don't even think about it
4xxx - Best healing in game aside from master doc/cm's
xx4x - Great for debuffing those 2handers with the high action drain
Defender
Master Defender - Great defense but may lack the offense to balance, Many redundancies with non-jedi defenses
4xxx - Great for melee mitigation
x4xx - Mediocre line only use it if you want to couple with 4xxx for innate armor
xx4x - Must have for any template, force aura is hands down most widely used defensive buff by jedi (xx2x 250 defense, xx4x 500 defense)
xxx4 - Mediocre line only for jedi trying to fight ranged
Lightsaber
x4x4or master only way to go
Enhancer
Master Enhancer - Force Run 3, Stasis for crowd control, and regain consciousness all nice to have but might not be worth committing to master this
3xxx - if you just want the perma force run, suppression, and improved speed
4xxx - Gives force run 2 and improved suppression, improved speed
x4xx - Force Armor is good for mitigation but costs force probably stay away as a hybrid. Feedback and absorb are good for fighting powers jedi that's it
xx4x - Mediocre line just gives restances
xxx2 - Must have for any force user to regen force quickly or while running away from people
xxx3 - If you want force drain could be a very useful line if you're tanking a jedi
xxx4 - Meditate is mediocre compared to channel
Powers
3xxx - if you want to shoot lightning at people
x4xx - Fun to cloak and another ranged attack
Don't know much else about powers really the only profession i haven't done
