On other SOE games, they ask the players the direction they would like to see their game go, but here we are forced to go with whatever the devs feel like breaking next. They don't see the game like we do, we are paying customers, so all the "We play the game too" line is a joke. Im sure they do play the game, and thats cool, but why do we as a community not have our issued addressed. Today, I was checking out the Planetside forums, and low and behold, they are having a poll on what short term goals and long term goals you would like to see in their game next. I was in shock when I saw that and though, why can't we have that here in SWG. I understand you can't please everyone, but just the thought of it being there says a lot. Personally, I see this poll on the forums for what item im most excited about with TOW, then I think, well what about all this other broken content we have been dealing with for months, does that no longer matter? Why not poll the players in what they wanna see fixed first. Its amazing how the players on Planetside are different there then here due to the simple fact the lines of communication are better. Here is a link to the planetside forum so you can see what im getting at. Like the old saying goes, Excuses are like bellybuttons, everyone has one. I know im tired of all the excuses, and would atleast like to know my opinions and everyone elses for that matter are being addressed, instead of getting "The devs have a priority list and work off that" excuse. Who made the list of whats important and what isn't? Its obviously not the players, who like the President of SOE said at the War of the Combat Unbalance, "Pay the bills around this place"
